Responsibilities

• Trains, develops, monitors, and supports team members using standardized work instructions.
• Monitors production operations to ensure safety, product quality and production efficiency.
• Supports line setups and changeovers.
• Keeps department aligned with production goals and metrics.
• Ensures compliance with Product Safety procedures and escalation processes.
• Communicates with other shifts to maintain consistency and meet goals.
• Updates and addresses team board metrics.
• Coaches team on basic problem-solving skills.
