Job summary

Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance, service, custodial, and grounds teams across the property. You will supervise staff, coordinate vendor work, and ensure timely repairs and upkeep in alignment with property policies.

Key duties include interviewing and training staff, managing safety regulations, and ensuring proper inventory and supplies. A strong focus on team leadership and preventive maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or related experience.
• Experience supervising service, custodial or grounds teams.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Interview, screen, and recommend candidates for maintenance, service, custodial or grounds roles.
• Train maintenance, service, custodial or grounds staff.
• Schedule and supervise in-house or vendor work.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance teams.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA standards across the property.
