Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep, repairs, and supervise related staff. The role emphasizes coordinating workers, managing inventory, and ensuring building grounds are maintained efficiently.

Responsibilities include interviewing and training team members, evaluating products used for maintenance, and ensuring OSHA safety standards are followed. The position may require on-call availability and proactive problem solving.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• HVAC certification is strongly suggested; CAMT recommended as well.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, write routine reports, and interpret procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Interview, screen, and recommend for service, custodial, or grounds staff.
• Train maintenance, service, custodial or grounds personnel.
• Schedule and supervise in-house or vendor work and oversee safety compliance.
