Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine corrective action.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility and production assets.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs and control systems.
• Manage maintenance assignments and schedule; oversee safety and regulatory compliance.
• Read blueprints and schematics to guide repairs and upgrades.
• Oversee training and development of maintenance staff.
