Job summary

Coilmaster Corporation, based in Moscow, TN, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians and improve equipment reliability across facilities.

You will troubleshoot industrial systems, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Quality to support safe production. Travel to Phoenix, AZ and Tampa, FL may be required; strong leadership and hands-on expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; seven+ years industrial maintenance; at least three years leading staff; hands-on with heavy equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems; proactive problem solving.
• Willing to travel to Phoenix, AZ and Tampa, FL; based in Moscow, TN.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians, assign work, set priorities, coordinate coverage, and coach staff.
• Troubleshoot and repair fin presses, tube expanders, electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance, RCA, and corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Quality to ensure safe, reliable production.
• Manage work orders, PM schedules, asset records, downtime data, and parts usage via Limble CMMS.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, contractor coordination, and technician development.
