Job summary

Coilmaster Corporation, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities, set priorities, and coach technicians across multiple sites.

You will troubleshoot fin presses, tube expanders, PLC-controlled equipment, and hydraulics; lead preventive maintenance, root-cause analyses, and coordinate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Quality to ensure safe, reliable production. Travel may be required; base Moscow, TN.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Three years minimum directing maintenance employees.
• Hands-on experience with fin presses, tube expanders, mechanical presses; strong PLC/HMI, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel to Coilmaster facilities in Phoenix, AZ and Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities by assigning work, establishing priorities, coordinating coverage, and coaching technicians.
• Troubleshoot and repair fin presses, tube expanders, industrial electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for recurring equipment issues.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Quality to support safe, reliable production.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, asset records, downtime data, and parts usage through Limble CMMS.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, contractor coordination, technician development, and maintenance standardization across Coilmaster locations.
