Job summary

Coilmaster Corporation, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians across our manufacturing facilities in Moscow, TN. You’ll drive reliability, uptime, and safe operations by coordinating preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and rapid repairs of fin presses, tube expanders, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics; travel to Phoenix and Tampa as needed.

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical diploma in industrial maintenance preferred
7+ years in industrial maintenance with 3+ years leading maintenance staff
Hands-on experience with fin presses, tube expanders, PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance technicians and assign daily tasks
Troubleshoot and repair fin presses, tube expanders, PLC systems, hydraulics and pneumatics
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis and corrective actions
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Quality to ensure safe production
Manage work orders, PM schedules, asset records, downtime data and parts usage in CMMS (Limble)
