Job summary

Coilmaster Corporation, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance and coaching of technicians in a multi-site HVAC/refrigeration manufacturing environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with fin presses and tube expanders, strong electrical/PLC troubleshooting, and the ability to collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Quality to drive safety, reliability, and uptime; travel to Phoenix and Tampa facilities may be required, with base in

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
Seven+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Experience leading maintenance teams for at least 3 years.
Proficient with fin presses, tube expanders, and similar equipment; strong electrical/PLC troubleshooting.
Willingness to travel to multiple Coilmaster locations and work after hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance activities and coach technicians.
Troubleshoot and repair fin presses, tube expanders, and PLC systems.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Quality for safe production.
Manage work orders, asset records, downtime data, and parts usage in Limble CMMS.
Support equipment installations and maintenance standardization across sites.
