Job summary

Coilmaster Corporation in Moscow, TN, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities, coach technicians, and partner with Operations and Engineering to maintain safe, reliable production across multiple sites.

Qualifications include 7+ years in industrial maintenance with 3+ years in leadership, experience with fin presses and PLC systems, and proficiency in electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• An associate degree or technical diploma in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Seven or more years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least three years leading or directing maintenance employees.
• Hands-on experience with fin presses, tube expanders, mechanical presses; strong electrical, PLC, HMI, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel to Coilmaster facilities in Phoenix, AZ and Tampa, FL; based in Moscow, TN.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities by assigning work, establishing priorities, coordinating coverage, and coaching technicians.
• Troubleshoot and repair fin presses, tube expanders, industrial electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for recurring equipment issues.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Quality to support safe, reliable production.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, asset records, downtime data, and parts usage through Limble CMMS.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, contractor coordination, technician development, and maintenance standardization across Coilmaster locations.
