Thrive Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Seattle to lead on-site maintenance and safety programs. You will manage unit turns, schedulePreventive maintenance, and oversee vendors while ensuring resident satisfaction and a high standard of property upkeep.

The role requires 3+ years in property maintenance, CAMT certification, and strong communication. On-call duties and a comprehensive benefits package are included in a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
• Maintenance experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Experience with mid-rise/high-rise buildings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Conducts monthly safety meetings, schedules and performs preventative maintenance, and manages OSHA/SDS safety and reporting requirements.
• Maintains grounds and professional appearance of the property.
• Manages vendors to ensure quality service.
• Maintains adequate inventory of supplies.
• On-call for emergencies as required.
