Thrive Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Bellevue, WA property. You will lead the maintenance team, manage unit turns, and coordinate with leasing to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, 6+ months of supervisory experience, and CAMT certification. Expect on-site work with some after-hours duties and budget-conscious maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience
• 6+ months supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership
• Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair
• Strong understanding of OSHA guidelines, PPE, etc.
• Basic computer skills and English data entry in software
• Prior experience with Yardi or similar systems for unit turns/work orders
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT)
• Must supply own tools
• Driver's license may be required

Responsibilities

• Leads maintenance team and oversees daily operations
• Performs unit turns and executes work orders
• Collaborates with leasing staff for communication and organization
• Conducts monthly safety meetings and oversees OSHA/SDS compliance
• Schedules and performs preventive maintenance
• Maintains property grounds and professional appearance
• Manages vendors for landscaping, pest control, and other services
• Maintains inventory and budgets approvals for purchases
• Handles after-hours emergencies as needed
• Ensures exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction
• Supports team and participates in special assignments
