You will lead the maintenance team, oversee make-ready and service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers, and partner with the Property Manager on daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
• HVAC and EPA certification.
• Available to be on-call 24/7 for emergencies.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff including make-ready, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on daily operations and supplies.
• Train staff and address performance issues to ensure quality service.
• Oversee safety compliance and proactive repairs across grounds and units.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure top‑quality service.
