Qualifications

• Three years of factory experience required.
• Must be available to work on a 2-2-3 rotation on both 1st and 3rd shifts.
• Walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs for the entire shift.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift.
• Must have reliable transportation to Texarkana AR.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document any machinery issues.
• Maintain required safety documentation.
• Monitor active work and shift coverage so labor is deployed.
