Job summary

Horizons HR Services Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Texarkana, AR. The role requires leading a maintenance team, documenting machine issues, and ensuring safety compliance. On-site training and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Starting pay is $30.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits. Rotation includes 1st and 3rd shifts; candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs and have reliable transportation to Texarkana, AR.

Qualifications

• Three years of factory experience required.
• Must be available to work on a 2-2-3 rotation on both 1st and 3rd shifts.
• Walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs for the entire shift.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift.
• Must have reliable transportation to Texarkana AR.
