Job summary

Ez Loader Boat Trailers Inc is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations in our Spokane production facility. You will manage a team, plan repairs, oversee preventive maintenance, and drive reliability and safety improvements.

The role requires strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial maintenance skills, with PLC and HVAC experience preferred. A craft apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience, plus 4+ years in manufacturing, is

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience.
4+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial maintenance skills.
PLC and HVAC experience preferred; boiler or Quick Recovery Flat Flame Furnace experience is a plus.
Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead and support maintenance employees, assign work, and promote a safe, team-oriented workplace.
Plan and oversee equipment repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, and facility maintenance.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and HVAC-related issues.
Respond to emergency repairs during production and coordinate scheduled work during downtime.
Maintain repair records, maintenance logs, schedules, inventory, and daily progress reports.
Monitor maintenance expenses, review repair estimates, and support budget oversight.
Drive equipment reliability, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure work areas, tools, and maintenance activities meet company safety standards.
