Job summary

MAC Trailer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the plant maintenance department, direct repairs and preventive maintenance, and manage inventory of shop supplies and small tools. You will coordinate with operations and safety teams to uphold high safety standards and ensure timely project completion.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance and 2+ years in management, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or training in maintenance related field
• 2+ years of management experience
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate equipment inventory with service records.
• Preform timely preventative maintenance and updates to needed equipment.
• Work closely with operations and safety teams to ensure safety standards are met.
• Manage budget for controllable expenses.
• Maintain inventory levels for shop supplies and small tools.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with subcontractors when needed.
• Ensure buildings and grounds are well maintained and clean.
• Enforce safety rules and participate in safety program activities.
