Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the upkeep of our apartment communities in Asheville, NC. You will manage daily maintenance tasks, supervise technicians, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards while keeping residents comfortable and satisfied.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in apartment maintenance or skilled trades.
• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA certification.
• CPO Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team.
• Foster a culture of excellence and the Live It values of kindness, connection, and service.
• Supervise vendor partners, ensuring work is completed on time and to standards.
• Manage capital improvement projects, including bids, scheduling, and execution.
• Identify and resolve service needs throughout the community.
• Oversee unit turn scheduling and execution to ensure move-in readiness.
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.
