Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team at our apartment communities. You’ll oversee daily work, ensure safety, schedule, and budgeting while maintaining Hawthorne quality standards and move-in readiness.

This role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades, plus at least 3 years’ experience and a valid driver's license. You will mentor staff, manage vendors, and uphold OSHA guidelines to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License; EPA certification; CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance team activities.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor partnerships for timely, safe work.
• Ensure Make-Ready units are move-in ready and meet Hawthorne quality standards.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems function properly.
• Conduct on-call emergency rotations and maintain OSHA safety compliance.
