Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible work experience in installation and maintenance of a mechanical trade.
• Minimum 2 years supervising or directing the work of others.
• Maryland Master HVAC or HVACR license required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Establish objectives for staff; assign, review and evaluate performance.
• Supervise leave approvals and time sheets; monitor budgets.
• Prepare price proposals and cost estimates for repairs or maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of County plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate external contractors and inspect jobs for materials and labor.
