Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Cambridge, OH site. You will lead a production/maintenance team to meet safety, environmental, quality, and cost goals while driving uptime and performance improvements in a heavy industry setting.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical background and proven leadership in a fast-paced environment; relocation within 30 miles of Cambridge may be needed. A union-friendly, hands-on leader is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical background with leadership experience required.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing; steel or hot metal experience a strong plus.
• Location: live within 30 miles of Cambridge plant or relocation possible.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: lead by example; ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Operational Excellence: maximize productivity and equipment uptime; track and drive KPIs.
• Team Development: coach, mentor, and train team members.
• Continuous Improvement: lead troubleshooting and preventive maintenance using lean principles.
