Millat Industries is seeking a Maintenance Lead to head the maintenance team at our Huber Heights location. You will drive maintenance planning, improve processes, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, IT, Shipping/Receiving, and leadership to achieve site goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance, CNC experience, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance, preferably in precision machining.
• Experience leading teams; coaching and mentoring.
• Mechanically inclined with CNC machinery knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust.
• Ability to plan maintenance and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance activities and prioritize daily tasks for the team.
• Track PM on-time completion, downtime, and costs.
• Develop planning tools (Excel, CMMS, schedules) for staff and customers.
• See big picture impact of maintenance on company goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, IT, Shipping/Receiving, and Executives.
• Administer CMMS: PM schedules, maintenance records, work orders, asset list.
• Promote proactive maintenance and staff development.
• Lead a high-performing, team-oriented environment.
