Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day maintenance operations; ensure timely, high-quality work orders and unit turns.
Oversee inspection and maintenance of property systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
Monitor staff workloads; prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Supervise, train, mentor maintenance and janitorial staff; conduct onboarding and ongoing training.
Coordinate vendor contracts; monitor performance and adherence to budget and Evergreen standards.
Create preventive maintenance plans; manage inventories and purchase requests.
