Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls
• Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experience
