Live Bryten is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for our Club at Coldwater Springs community in Avondale, AZ. Lead the maintenance team to keep buildings safe, attractive, and well-maintained for residents and guests.

You will oversee repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure make-ready readiness for new occupants. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or vocational training required.
3+ years in building/facilities/property maintenance; supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance.
HVAC and/or trades certifications required.
Ability to read diagrams, manuals, and safety docs.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance operations and lead the maintenance team to ensure quality service.
Coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance, and repairs to meet resident expectations.
Manage apartment make-ready and occupancy readiness per standards.
Perform and supervise repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.
Inspect property and coordinate with vendors for projects.
Maintain records, inventory, and work orders.
Support grounds and exterior maintenance and respond to emergencies.
Ensure OSHA compliance and safety regulations.
