Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance department, ensure safe operations, and deliver reliable equipment performance in a manufacturing environment in Wichita, Kansas.

You will plan maintenance strategies, supervise staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and control costs. The role requires strong CMMS, problem-solving, and OSHA/NFPA compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or technical certificates valued.
• 5+ years of general maintenance experience with 2+ years in supervision or leadership preferred.
• Deep knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building automation systems.
• Strong understanding of OSHA and NFPA regulations, safety protocols, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Maintenance personnel and provide day-to-day leadership for the Maintenance department.
• Plan, direct, and delegate Maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production and quality.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS and data analysis.
• Communicate equipment status, maintenance priorities, and project progress with supervisors and engineering teams.
• Support Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Planning with accurate data for scheduling and material availability.
