Kellanova is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Cincinnati, OH facility. You will lead a team of mechanics and electricians on a 13-hour onsite schedule, focusing on preventative maintenance, downtime reduction, and safety improvements.

You will report to the Maintenance Manager, with career growth possible into Maintenance Planner roles. Join a team driving reliability and continuous improvement in a fast-paced baking environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with related maintenance experience.
• Experience in plant/industrial maintenance preferred.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office; able to analyze data and report.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Set work plans to improve equipment reliability.
• Direct and develop 5-9 maintenance team members and contractors.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost and waste using LEAN principles.
• Document maintenance and reliability best practices for continuous improvement.
