Job summary

Kellanova is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Michigan to lead a team of technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will plan and prioritize maintenance activities, drive preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime on packaging and processing equipment supporting iconic snack brands.

You will partner with production, troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate contractors while using a CMMS to schedule work and track performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and asset management.
• Ability to manage parts inventory and coordinate contractors.
