Job summary

CYM Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across our properties in Indianapolis, IN. You will oversee maintenance operations, coordinate repairs, and mentor technicians to ensure safety and adherence to regulations.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, monitor budgets, and maintain meticulous records while collaborating with property management and leasing teams to address tenant concerns and improve resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in managing maintenance teams.

• Experience in facilities maintenance and vendor coordination.
• On‑call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Ability to manage budgets and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for assigned properties, ensuring timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Manage the maintenance budget and track expenses within constraints.
