The ideal candidate will have HVAC knowledge, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair across a residential property. On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge is required.
• Experience leading a maintenance team.
• Background in plumbing, electrical and drywall.
• Appliance repair experience.
• Experience with apartment turns and vendor management.
• Knowledge of residential repairs and safe tool use.
• Strong organizational skills and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians and ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain a well‑kept property and oversee overall maintenance of the community.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage supply orders.
• Oversee apartment turns and respond to service requests as needed.
