Job summary

Dairy Challenge is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop the plant's maintenance team in Kentucky. You will prioritize work, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure safety, GMP compliance, and efficiency of all plant equipment.

You will coordinate with operations, utilize ERP/CMMS systems, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement in asset reliability and uptime in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of maintenance or related experience with leadership
• Experience with safety policies and procedures
• Electrical, welding, boiler, refrigeration licenses preferred

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign daily jobs and supervise maintenance staff
• Implement predictive/preventive maintenance programs
• Use ERP/CMMS to plan tasks and manage downtime
• Oversee repairs and maintenance of plant equipment
• Provide training and coaching to staff
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards
• Serve as first contact for emergency maintenance
