You will oversee maintenance activities, ensure safety compliance, and drive improvements in plant efficiency. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, along with substantial experience in maintenance and leadership roles, particularly in a manufacturing or dairy environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS is essential. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and maintaining equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of dairy processing equipment and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise maintenance technicians and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and manage a preventative maintenance program using CMMS.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for various systems to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets for cost effectiveness.
• Organize and prioritize maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Available on workdays, off-shifts, and weekends to support plant operations.
