Job summary

Maple Leaf Foods Inc. in Indianapolis, IN seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant maintenance operations in a high-demand facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive industrial maintenance supervisory experience.
• Proven success stabilizing high-reactive maintenance environments.
• Strong leadership to coach, correct, and develop diverse technician skill sets.
• Experience working within a CMMS-driven maintenance organization and knowledge of OSHA/regulatory requirements.
• Food or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day maintenance execution and schedule adherence.
• Lead technician leadership and ensure safe work practices.
• Ensure CMMS work orders meet quality standards and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Planning and Reliability to optimize PMs and RCFA input.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI delivery (schedule compliance, PM completion).
• Mentor and develop apprentices and technicians.
