Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of progressive manufacturing maintenance supervisory experience.
• Ability to implement best practices in CMMS Reliability Maintenance Program.
• Strong computer application skills required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and sanitation procedures.
• Conduct quarterly audits of tradespeople against the skills matrix.
• Oversee internal equipment rebuilds and manage emergency work.
