Qualifications

• Proven success stabilizing high-reactive maintenance environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop technician skill sets.
• Knowledge of OSHA and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of the maintenance schedule with >90% compliance.
• Lead daily maintenance execution meetings.
• Monitor work order progress and remove barriers to completion.
