Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the site’s maintenance function, ensuring safe, reliable assets and meeting production requirements.

You will guide planning, execution, and continuous improvement of maintenance strategies while fostering accountability and learning across the team. The role requires 5+ years in technical maintenance, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of hygienic engineering and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a technical field with maintenance responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food processing equipment maintenance and technology.
• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements for food safety and hygienic engineering (OSH&R).
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, propose and monitor M&I plans and objectives per Nestlé policies.
• Lead and develop the M&I team and manage the budget.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance across maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
