Job summary

Nestlé in Wisconsin seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the site’s maintenance function, driving reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across equipment and processes. You will guide planning, execution, and CI initiatives to meet production goals.

The role requires overseeing a skilled M&I team, managing budgets, and aligning maintenance strategies with Nestlé’s standards for quality and safety. This position is grounded in a safety-first environment with a focus on cost effectiveness

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years related work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of food processing equipment maintenance and technology.
• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements for food safety and hygienic engineering (OSH&R).
• Strong technical and managerial skills; demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Define, propose and monitor M&I plans aligned with policy, principles and Nestlé master documents.
• Lead and coordinate the M&I team and maintain competencies, motivation and performance.
• Propose and control the M&I budget.
• Promote safety culture with intolerance for unsafe situations.
• Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime via proactive maintenance.
• Liaise with Production and Quality Management to resolve technical issues daily.
• Manage technical stores, Work Orders, labor hours and BOM.
