Job summary

Qualified candidates have 3+ years supervisory maintenance experience in packaging, a 2-year technical degree, and corrugator equipment experience.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree in maintenance or related field.
• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory leadership experience in packaging.
• Corrugator equipment experience required.
• 3+ years of mechanical or electrical maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of pumps, valves, motors, gear boxes; PLCs and automation.
• Safety mindset with thorough understanding of safety policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organized with strong time-management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to maximize uptime and safety.
• Coach craftsmen and lead issue diagnosis to minimize downtime.
• Plan and control storeroom inventory and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and maintenance procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for plant reliability.
• Collaborate with operations and mechanical leaders to schedule daily work.
