This hands-on leadership role requires expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and construction, plus EPA and CPO certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and construction.
• EPA Certification and CPO certification required.
• Strong supervisory experience and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and resident-focused customer service.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Plan and oversee the maintenance budget.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe shop areas, with adequate levels of replacement parts and tools.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a maintenance team.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure smooth maintenance operations.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance needs to minimize disruptions for residents.
• Lead by example to ensure safety regulations and standards.
