Job summary

Madison Communities is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team across our properties in Antioch, TN. You will troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues, oversee carpentry and mechanical systems, and ensure timely, safe repairs that keep residents satisfied.

Ideal candidates will have EPA and CPO certifications, strong supervisory experience, and a focus on safety and budget management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and construction.
• EPA Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
• Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Plan and oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring operations stay within financial guidelines.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe shop areas, with adequate levels of replacement parts and tools.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure the smooth operation of maintenance activities.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance needs to minimize disruptions for residents.
• Lead by example to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
