Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC certification desired.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendor work.
• Inspect properties daily for safety and compliance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory.
• Ensure on-call emergency coverage and responsive resident service.
