Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a multi-property community. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage service requests, and ensure safety standards are met.

This on-site role requires coordinating with the Community Manager, maintaining records, and leading a responsive maintenance team across properties. The position demands EPA & CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, and strong budgeting and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify, minimize, and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines set by the Community Manager.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs.
• Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically (i.e., obtaining bids/pricing from vendors, suppliers, contractors).
• Give direction to and monitor maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities to ensure quality and expediency.
