RADCO Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor-Retreat at River Park in Peachtree Corners, GA. You will lead the maintenance team, manage preventative programs, and ensure budget adherence while delivering top-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of multi-family maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read a budget and possess basic financial acumen.
• Knowledge of applicable safety regulations (OSHA/EPA).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Recruit, hire, and train maintenance team members.
• Assist in creating and monitoring the community budget.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and materials ordered as needed.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Respond to resident requests in a calm, timely manner.
• Provide on-call emergency support with after-hours response.
• Demonstrate RADCO values with residents and vendors.
• Team-focused approach; perform other duties as needed.
