Job summary

RADCO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Riverdale, GA residential property to lead the on-site maintenance team and uphold safety, quality, and resident satisfaction. You will implement preventive maintenance programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors and staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-family maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and/or maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Recruit, hire, and train maintenance team members.
• Assist in creating community budgets and monitor maintenance expenses.
• Ensure maintenance supplies are stocked and materials ordered.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours with efficiency.
• Respond to resident requests calmly and professionally.
