Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience.
• 2 years HVAC, Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical system experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: Technical or Vocational training in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train, coach and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Direct daily work activities and inspect work activities for conformance to standards.
• Hold staff meetings as needed.
• Monitor inventory and make purchasing recommendations.
• Prepare shift reports and recordkeeping.
• Assist staff with work activities.
• Supervise maintenance work at the outdoor concert venue.
