Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• 2 years Lifeguard experience or combination coaching, lifeguard and instructor.
• Current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification and Lifeguarding Instructor Course Certification.

Responsibilities

• Hire, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Direct daily work activities, and inspect completed work for conformance to standards.
• Assist manager with developing an annual budget, scheduling, and ordering supplies.
• Ensure an environment that is safe and pleasant for patrons.
• Assume duties of lifeguard, waterpark lead attendant, pool attendant, and spa receptionist when necessary.
• Crosstrain and assist in other Hotel Operations departments.
