Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino, Welch, MN, is seeking a grounds maintenance worker to maintain outdoor areas, lawns, plantings and related spaces. You will operate loaders, mowers and other heavy equipment, and assist with event setup and teardown.

The role requires attention to detail and a valid driver’s license, with at least 18 months of heavy equipment experience. CDL is preferred. On-site, physically active work with exposure to outdoor elements and seasonal conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• 18 months experience operating heavy equipment
• Ability to operate skid steer loaders, dump trucks, snow blowers, backhoes and front-end loaders

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds: lawn care, planting, pruning, seeding and trash pickup
• Cut trees
• Remove snow and shovel snow for the facility
• Operate loaders, trucks, mowers, blowers and hoes
• Maintain equipment and vehicles
• Perform demolition as needed
• Set-up and take down for concerts
• Push mow and weed whip
• Snow removal machine and shovel
