Thrive Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our Portland-area properties. You will lead a maintenance team, perform unit turns, manage work orders, and ensure safety compliance while delivering exceptional resident service.

Utilize CAMT/COP experience and Yardi to track tasks, inventory, and vendor performance. This full-time role includes a strong benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
• Maintenance experience in multi-family property management strongly preferred.
• CAMT and COP certifications desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Conducts monthly safety meetings and schedules preventative maintenance.
• Maintains grounds and appearance of the property.
• Manages vendors and ensures quality service.
• Maintains inventory of supplies.
• Supports budget and notes any over-budget work.
• On-call emergencies; after-hours readiness.
