Job summary

Draper and Kramer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee asset care for a multi-family property in Centennial, Colorado. You will report to the Property Manager and manage a maintenance/janitorial team, coordinate with vendors, and respond to emergencies 24/7.

Responsibilities include managing building systems (HVAC, boilers, elevators), scheduling contractors, maintaining records, and budgeting for supplies. A strong focus on safety and communication is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5-years experience in managing multi-family facilities.
• HVAC Certification preferred and ability to retain.
• Certified Pool Operator must obtain within 30-days of employment.
• Proficiency in basic computer operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including holidays, weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective administration of building systems including HVAC, boiler maintenance and more.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies according to documented procedures.
• Coordinate with staff, vendors, contractors and residents to promote safety and upkeep; conduct daily property walks and manage work orders.
• Keep detailed records of facilities maintenance for mechanical systems, pool and elevators.
• Schedule, oversee and inspect all contractor work to ensure scope is met.
• Budget for supplies, equipment, and payroll costs.
• Schedule and manage a maintenance/janitorial staff.
