Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a senior supervisor for the manufacturing maintenance function in the United States. You will lead safety, quality, and line efficiency, oversee the maintenance cell, and guide your team including contractors and union-represented staff.

Strong leadership and GMP compliance are essential. The role requires 3+ years of direct supervision in a manufacturing setting, a bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent experience), and the ability to drive preventive

• Minimum 3 years of experience in direct supervision of engineering/maintenance/production staff in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with union employees.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of Safety, Quality, and Line Efficiency for the assigned shift.
• Lead and manage the Daily Meeting System for maintenance department.
• Lead execution plans through the maintenance & repair cell, building team skills and providing training when applicable.
• Support for recruitment of mechanics and oversees the interviews.
• Manage union relationships to foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Build capabilities within the team including Shift Leads supporting the line by providing employees with tools, skills and opportunities to grow
