Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4-6 years experience in building maintenance.
• EPA 608 Certification and OSHA-10 Training required.
• Driver's license valid in state.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, trains, supervises maintenance personnel.
• Prioritizes work orders and follows up on assignments.
• Supports after-hours Emergency Call program.
• Responsible for company-owned equipment and small tools.
• Participates in make-ready of vacant units and regular inspections.
• Prepares purchase orders and procures parts and supplies.
